What you will visit:

Ateliers & Saveurs
Born in 2008 from the imaginations of three talented and committed restauranteurs, Ateliers & Saveurs was the first culinary school of its kind in Canada. Wine tasting, cocktail preparation and cooking classes are offered under the same roof in the school's pristine kitchens in the heart of Quebec City. Skilled instructors take you through the preparation of traditional Quebecois dishes in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where you'll learn all the secrets so that you can relive your epicurean experience when you are back at home.

About the Chef Antoine Corriveau
Antoine Corriveau developed a love of food at the feet of his mother, a passionate home cook, while growing up on a farm in the Laurentian Mountains in Quebec. A finalist in the 2015 of Les Chefs and a three-time participant in the World Pie Crust Championship in New York and France, Corriveau has won multitudes of awards and accolades, including the title of best apprentice pastry chef in Quebec. Before joining Atelier Saveurs, Chef Antoine worked at several acclaimed restaurants and had gained a reputation for his delicious homemade terrines and croquettes made from locally sourced cheeses.

What you will see along the way:
Once the most important commercial street in Quebec City, Rue Saint-Joseph Est has been reborn as the hippest street in the revitalized area known as Saint-Roch. This vibrant neighborhood boasts trendy boutiques, local eateries, gourmet groceries, microbreweries featuring dozens of small craft batches of beer, and some of the finest dining the city has to offer. At night, the bars and pubs thrum with energy, and the main thoroughfares are illuminated by an amazing lighted path.
