WHAT YOU VISIT
Cayman Spirits Company
Located on the Georgetown waterfront, a tour of the custom-built 5,000-foot distillery showcases the 1,200-gallon copper pot still, the 30-foot-tall Gun Bay vodka tower and the original Christian Carl pot that's used in the creation of the company's famous ocean aged Seven Fathoms Rum. During your guided tour, you'll learn about the process from distilling to packaging and sample three flavored rums. Then, you can stop in the gift shop to find that perfect souvenir.

Tortuga Rum Cake Center
Learn how the delectable Caribbean dessert is made with a tour of the 35-year-old factory. Then, satisfy your sweet tooth with a tasting of cake and rum followed by time to shop for cake to bring back to the ship.

The bustling Cayman Craft Market in downtown Georgetown features island jewelry crafted from polished coconuts, one-of-a-kind woodcarvings, handmade products from local materials such as conch, and food items like spices, jellies, jams and pickles.

WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
Your day begins with a panoramic drive through downtown Georgetown, passing the Bell Tower, Library, Legislative Assembly, Heroes Square and the Court House. As you travel, your guide will share how Cayman Islanders live today and the fascinating history that has shaped this island nation.
