What You Will Visit:

Kayak Adventure
Paddle to beautiful Pitt Island and around the Hoonah waterfront, where you will have the chance to view humpback and orcas, seals, sea lions and other marine wildlife in their natural environment. Two-person kayaks are standard. Single kayaks are available for experienced kayakers. Travel with a knowledgeable guide who will teach you about the native culture of the Tlingit and the authentic Alaskan village of Hoonah.

What You See Along The Way:
As you glide along at a leisurely pace, take in the abundant wildlife that calls these waters home. If you are fortunate, you'll see humpback whales breaching, sea lions and porpoises playfully frolicking in the cold waters and look to the skies for bald eagles and other seabirds.

Special Notes:

Minimum age is 8. Guests must be between 4'10" and 6'6" tall and weigh between 50 lbs. and 250 lbs. Participants must be prepared to sit upright and paddle for up to two hours. Guests with neck or back problems are recommended not to participate. Conditions are generally calm, but may change and calm water is not guaranteed. Single kayaks are available for guests experienced in kayaking.

Provided: Spray skirt, life jacket, bottled water

Liability waiver is required to be signed in the presence of the tour operator.

Unaccompanied Minor Policy: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
