Soccer fans will get a kick out of this fascinating special interest tour that will take you behind the scenes at FC Barca, Spain's much-loved and much-feted football club.

However, this most sporting of days starts with a brief cultural visit to La Sagrada Familia (outside view only), the magnificent modernist church that was the brainchild of Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi, and is a must-see for any tourist who visits Barcelona.

You will enjoy a 30-minute photo stop to fully explore this unfinished yet breathtaking church, which proudly boasts flamboyant spires, an enormous nativity facade, and modern stained glass windows. Incredibly, the building has been under construction since 1882 and will only be completed around 2026, but a portion of the interior is open for public worship. Considered Gaudi's masterwork, it has been one of Spain's top tourist attractions for many years. For those who want to learn more, the Gaudi Museum is located on the lower levels and traces the architect's life and achievements.

Then it's back onto the bus for the half-hour drive to Camp Nou, home of the 1982 World Cup and FC Barca, Barcelona's super successful soccer team. Your guide will be on hand to lead you around this magnificent stadium, enabling those who love soccer to soak up the electrifying atmosphere.

Completed in 1956, Camp Nou is the second-largest soccer stadium in Europe, and the FC Barça Museum is the most visited museum in all of Catalonia. It houses the team's impressive history as reflected thorough their vast collection of trophies and memorabilia, and you will be enthralled as you linger by their many trophy cabinets. Thrillingly, you will also have the opportunity to view the club's locker rooms, press box, and president's box.

Camp Nou may be the home of many international matches including the European championships, but it also plays host to many non-footballing events; artists who have performed here include Madonna, Frank Sinatra, Bruce Springsteen and Pink Floyd.

At the end of the tour, you will have plenty of time to browse the gift shop for sporting souvenirs before the short drive through the city of Barcelona and back to your ship.
