Board your air-conditioned van and begin the day at O.K Farms for a taste of locally grown and freshly roasted coffee that will awaken your palate. Enjoy the views from the farm's private overlook of Rainbow Falls.

Afterwards, you'll head to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, where an experienced guide will take your intimate-size group on short leisurely strolls showcasing the incredible changes the landscape has undergone sine the May 2018 lava eruption. Kilauea Volcano has been extremely active and changed the island in extraordinary ways. Explore hidden overlooks off the beaten path and witness the changes caused by the explosive power of Halema'uma'u Crater.

Walk across new lava formations and actually see the rebirth of the native Hawaiian rainforest in its first stages of life. Embrace this natural wonder named a World Heritage Site UNESCO in 1982.

Enjoy a picnic-style specialty lunch and a complimentary glass of wine on the lush grounds of Volcano Garden Arts, a fine art gallery showcasing Hawaii artists. A definite treat for the senses! We'll also make a sweet stop at Big Island Candies where they make artisanal chocolates and macadamia-nut cookies. You can also get some souvenir shopping out of the way before heading back to the ship.

Special Notes:

Minimum age is 8 years. Passengers must be 21 with valid ID to sample alcoholic beverages and an adult must accompany all children less than 18 years of age. Naturally occurring sulfur gases are present. Not recommended for guests with respiratory conditions or limited mobility. Tour itinerary may change due to severe weather or volcanic activity. Some sites visited are approximately 4,000 feet above sea level. This excursion involves extensive walking over paths and uneven terrain. Walking on the lava formations is optional. Wear comfortable clothing in layers, a light jacket and covered shoes.
