WHAT YOU VISIT
Tuscan Family Farm
Meet farmers Davide Vialto and his wife Francesca who run an organic farm in the countryside outside of Livorno. Upon arrival, you'll step inside a horse-drawn carriage for a leisurely 30-minute ride around the property. Once at the farmhouse, Davide and Francesca will take you on a tour of the truffle plantation, olive trees and the vegetable garden.

Savor the spectacular views and the company of the farmers before returning to the ship.

LUNCH
Enjoy fresh-picked-from-the-garden vegetables, ham, salami, pecorino cheese, and homemade pastas accompanied by mineral water and a generous wine tasting, including the sweet wine Vin Santo and tasty "cantuccini biscotti," a crunchy almond biscuit.

WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
Sit back and relax as you travel into the Tuscan countryside, a picture-perfect landscape of rolling hills, wide fields of vineyards and olive groves, and small stone villages.
