Curious about Douglas Island? Ask you guide for a drive over the bridge and experience breathtaking views of downtown Juneau from a whole different perspective! Your adventure may include a journey north to the Shrine of St. Therese. Here you will be able to explore the historic stone chapel and serene waterfront grounds. Continue further "out the road" to enjoy a scenic and secluded piece of Juneau typically reserved for locals. Take in the spectacular Chilkat mountain range while enjoying possible wildlife sightings and the majestic forests of southeast Alaska.

This VIP experience is limited to groups of 4 guests.

Special Notes:

Price is per vehicle - only one guest per party should book this excursion. We do not match independent passengers to create groups for private vehicles so your companions must be of your choosing. The Jeep can accommodate up to 4 adults. Entrance fees are additional. Tour operator is authorized under special use permit to access the Tongass National Forest. Glacier visit is self-guided and does not include walking on the glacier. Guests may pay a $5 fee if they wish to visit the Mendenhall Glacier. Once onboard the ship, you'll be provided with a preference card to advise the Tour Office of your selected itinerary and interests.

Due to the very limited capacity and highly specialized nature of this excursion, it is not refundable unless cancelled by 12:00pm on the day after embarkation.
