Kotor
Nestled on the coast of Montenegro, beautiful Kotor, with a magnificently preserved old city built over the 13th and 14th centuries, showcases exceptional medieval architecture within its Venetian stone walls. Cobblestone streets wind through this UNESCO World Heritage Site, which boasts the St. Tryphon Cathedral built in 1166, atmospheric marketplaces, sunny cafes, and grand palaces built by the mercantile families of the city's past-all surrounded by stunning views and overlooking the sparkling bay.
What you will see along the way:
Hop in the tuk tuk and ride alongside the magical Boka Bay. See Kotor's medieval Old Town and the idyllic maritime villages along Kotor Bay. Travel through the fishing village of Muo, see the historic Our Lady's Temple, then take in the views from the Verige Strait where Tivat and Kotor Bay meet. Enjoy vistas of the lovely islands of Perast and admire the yachts of Porto Montenegro. Return via a different route for stunning views of Kotor Bay descending down from Mount Vrmac.
