In 2006, Daniel Andrew, a Harvard student created "The Hahvahd Tour" in response to the number of tourists visiting the university's campus. Recruiting a team of knowledgeable fellow students, this popular, 70-minute walking experience offer an insider's guide to one of the most prestigious universities in the world. Learn the deep rich tapestry of Harvard's history, its culture, and quirks. See where famous alumni got their start, where they lived and where they studied. Explore the campus and see such highlights as: Johnston Gate, John Harvard Statue, the Science Center & Memorial Hall, Widener Library and Harvard Square, the robust village where students live and play.

This tour will not enter any of the University's buildings. Public access is not permitted to Harvard Buildings. Access to Harvard may be cancelled on short notice due to safety or security. There is approximately 2.5 hours of slow walking and standing on grass and gravel paths or sidewalks and is therefore not recommended for guests with mobility challenges.
