Trollfjord Cruise
Stunning Trollfjord is a two-kilometer-long extension of the Raftsund Strait, which lies between the Lofoten Islands and Vesteralen Archipelago. The ship will thread its way through the narrow entryway, only 324 feet wide, and cruise through the steep mountain cavern where sea birds circle in the breezes and seals play in the surf. Boasting the largest sea eagle population in the world, the area is also home to a remarkable variety of wildlife.

Vikten
Nestled in central Lofoten lie the hidden treasures of the Tangrand family. Åsvar Tangrand started glassblowing here in 1976 and has created fantastic works of art in his glass hut. His wife, ceramic artist Åse Tangrand, fashions fantasies in clay at the nearby pottery tower. The studios are set against a spectacular backdrop of mountains and ocean and a beach where the North Sea carves beautiful sculptures into the stones on the shore.

Lofoten is known for an incredible landscape of dramatic mountains, broad seas, sheltered bays, and pristine beaches. Lying completely in the Arctic Circle, this remarkably temperate area is the most northerly location in the world where average temperatures are above freezing all year. The sweeping vistas are home to a breathtaking array of arctic creatures that roam the land, sea and skies.
