What you will visit:

Alexander Hamilton Museum
Nevis' most famous son, Alexander Hamilton, lived on the island until the age of nine. He moved to the American colonies at 17, became George Washington's Secretary of the Treasury, and died in a duel with political rival Aaron Burr in 1804. A museum in his honor is located in Hamilton House, a restored two story Georgian-style building adorned with fragrant bougainvillea set in picturesque Charlestown harbor. The museum contains Hamilton memorabilia, displays and documents on island politics, culture, cuisine and architecture.

Nevis Bath Springs
Centuries ago, Nevis was a playground for the rich and famous who came to the island to take in the therapeutic hot springs. With waters reaching 108°F, the mineral-rich soaks are thought to cure chronic illnesses. A word to the wise: it is not uncommon for locals to bathe naked.

Fort Charles Ruins
A visit will be made to the Fort Charles ruins, built by the English in the 1600's to protect Charlestown Harbor, it was over powered by the French in the early 1700s, leaving Nevis under French control.

What you will see along the way:
Begin your island adventure with a scenic boat ride along the coast of St. Kitts' southeastern peninsula to the beautiful sister island of Nevis.
