Kun Che Cultural Experience
A mystical adventure theme park in the heart of Cozumel´s jungle, Kun Che offers an immersive Mayan cultural experience set in the lush, natural landscape of the town of El Cedral. The Mayan experience includes a ritualistic welcome and tour of the reserve. Guests will be fascinated by the excitement of the pre-Hispanic ritual ball game "pok ta pok" with chanting, drumming and thrilling game play that once ended with the sacrificing of the losing team, a powerful display of heroic devotion to the gods. Regional staples such as tortillas, tamales and cocoa products are prepared in interactive demonstrations and later sampled during an authentic buffet lunch. Mexican folkloric performers burst onto the stage in a dizzying dance of color and music completing the experience in this fascinating re-created village.

What you will see along the way:

Enjoy a quick, 20-minute comfortable motor coach drive through the lush, green landscapes of Cozumel Island, a Mayan sacred place dedicated to fertility goddess Ixchel.

Lunch:
Learn the way of life of the Maya and sample different dishes of the Yucatan Peninsula, such as handmade tortillas, chaya tamal and the artisan chocolate before tucking into a regional buffet lunch accompanied by folk dances from throughout the Mexican republic.
