WHAT YOU VISIT
- Atlantis Submarine
From the cruise terminal, you'll board a ferry boat for a short cruise to the Atlantis TS-XI, a U.S. Coast Guard approved, battery powered submersible submarine specially designed for sightseeing adventures in tropical waters. The Atlantis features a large front captain's bubble, and large, two-foot-wide portholes that provide a window into the fascinating undersea world. After a dive to approximately 100 feet, you'll glide silently and effortlessly along a coral wall teeming with marine life and exotic coral formations.
After nearly 40 minutes of "dive time," the Atlantis will surface and travel to the dock.
PHOTO OPPORTUNITY
Be sure to keep your camera handy for the myriad of marine life that may swim past the portholes.
WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
Journey through an environmentally protected marine park of coral formations teeming with fish, lobsters, rays, sharks and turtles. Be on the lookout for the famous Cozumel Wall, an 1,800 feet drop off that limits the Island of Cozumel.
