Be sure to read the Special Notes further down this page for important requirements and restriction.

Enjoy a carefree morning or afternoon on world-famous Waikiki Beach, the birthplace of surfing, while soaking up views of the iconic Diamond Head Crater. You'll lounge on a VIP portion of the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon adjacent to the legendary Hilton Hawaiian Village, located on 23 acres fronting Waikiki Beach.

Just bring your swimsuit, change of clothes, sunblock, sunglasses and towels and meet your beach transport at the pier. Waikiki Beach Break is only a short ride away. Upon arrival you will be greeted and taken to your complimentary beach set which includes a shared umbrella and personal chaise lounge. You can laze away a few golden hours sunning, swimming and people-watching, or you could even learn to surf!

There's a convenient rental kiosk offering a mneu of activities on the water and underwater. Don't miss the opportunity to partake in surf lessons, stand up paddlng lessons or another sport that's uniquely Hawaiian - surfing a wave on an outrigger canoe.

The rich history of Waikiki infuses your beach break with the charm of its intriguing back stories. It was here that Hawaiian royalty, from King Kamehameha and Queen Liliuokalani and American "royalty" like Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra and Shirley Temple came to vacation, enjoying moonlit horseback rides, thrilling canoe races and carefree romps. Three of Presley's films were shot on location on Oahu, including on Waikiki Beach.

Today, Waikiki is in full bloom. There are world-class hotels with familiar names like Hilton, Sheraton and Hyatt, and there are smaller boutique operations that still provide plenty of Aloha Spirit. There's also 500-acre Kapiolani Park, the Waikiki Aquarium, and the Honolulu Zoo. Waikiki is also home to some of Hawaii's finest restaurants and hottest nightspots.

When your tour concludes, you may return to the pier or opt to stay on the beach for independent shopping, dining and exploring (just arrange your own transportation back to the ship -- by taxi or local buses and trolleys). There's so much to see and do in Waikiki, you'll want to spend as much time here as you can.

Special Notes:

Absolutely no alcohol is allowed on the beach. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, sunscreen and a hat. Be vigilant with your personal belongings while on the beach.
