What you will visit:

Fremantle, Australia (panoramic drive)
The limestone hills that rise at the mouth of the Swan River define the city of Fremantle, established in 1829, and many of its heritage buildings are built from this local, pale-colored stone. A major port for Western Australia, Fremantle lies where the Swan River meets the Indian Ocean. In addition to great beaches, the pedestrian-friendly city offers a glimpse of its colonial and Gold Rush past, which coexists with its vibrant, seaside atmosphere.

The Little Creatures Brewery
A former crocodile farm on the waterfront, this renovated brick building was transformed into a light-filled brewery in 2000 that welcomes guests to its lively environment and to a guided tour through the brewhouse led by a "hop head." Guests will learn about the range of beers flowing directly from serving tanks pumping straight from the brewery. It doesn't get any fresher! Learn the brewing process and the great ingredients used to create their pale ale, which takes nearly six weeks to brew, ferment, bottle and condition. A tasting experience is included.

What you will see along the way:

Your scenic driving tour of Fremantle, a historic port city just south of Perth, introduces its heritage buildings and bustling waterfront. Across the
Swan River where colorful fishing boats bob, you'll discover fascinating colonial history. Studded with formerly grand Victorian and Edwardian buildings, the town is full of such landmarks as the 19th-century Town Hall and the UNESCO-listed Round House, the last British colonial prison in Australia. View the esplanade and Beach Road, passing Victoria Quay and the Pensioner Forces Cottages. Shops and cafes line the lively Cappuccino Strip.

Tasting/Lunch:
At the completion of The Little Creatures Brewery tour, sip your way through a guided tasting of the full range of beers they bottle followed by a shared-menu lunch of popular favorites.
