Mayan Heat
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Patrón Silver Tequila
- .5 oz. lime juice
- .5 oz. agave syrup
- .25 oz. Triple Sec
- 1 slice of fresh jalapeño plus one more for garnish
Directions:
- Gently press 1 slice of jalapeño in cocktail shaker
- Add ice and remaining ingredients except for garnish
- Shake and strain all ingredients over fresh ice
- Garnish with a fresh slice of jalapeño
Egyptian Zombie
Ingredients:
- .5 oz. Bacardi Superior Rum
- .5 oz. Gosling’s Dark Rum
- .5 oz. blackberry brandy
- 1 oz. sweet & sour
- 1 oz. orange juice
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- .5 oz. grenadine
- Orange slice and cherry for garnish
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except for garnish with ice in cocktail shaker
- Shake and strain all ingredients over fresh ice
- Garnish with an orange slice and cherry
Princess Punch
Ingredients:
- 11 oz. Absolut Elyx Vodka
- 1 oz. St. George
- Raspberry liqueur
- 5 oz. lime juice
- 5 oz. simple syrup
- 2 cans ginger beer
- Pineapple and orange wheels for garnish
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except for garnish to punch bowl with ice and stir
- Garnish with pineapple and orange wheels
Amaretto Manhattan
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
- .5 oz. Disaronno Originale
- .5 oz. sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura orange bitters
- Luxardo cherry for garnish
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except for garnish in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Stir and strain all ingredients into chilled glass
- Garnish with Luxardo cherry
Italian Sunset
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Aperol
- 1 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
- .75 oz. lemon juice
- .5 oz. simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange twist for garnish
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except for garnish in cocktail shaker
- Shake and strain all ingredients into chilled glass
- Garnish with an orange twist
Mint Divine
Ingredients:
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 2 fresh cucumber slices
- 2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
- .75 oz. lime juice
- .75 oz. simple syrup
- Ginger beer
- Lime wedge and fresh mint leaves for garnish
Directions:
- Muddle cucumber and gently press and muddle mint leaves in cocktail shaker
- Add remaining ingredients except for garnish and shake with ice
- Pour into glass with fresh ice and garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint
Verjus
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. St. George Terroir Gin
- .5 oz. St-Germain
- Elderflower liqueur
- .75 oz. lemon juice
- .5 oz. simple syrup
- 5 green grapes
Directions:
- Gently press grapes in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and remaining ingredients
- Shake and strain into chilled glass
Strawberries on Fire (non-alcoholic)
Ingredients:
- 1 slice fresh jalapeño
- 1 strawberry
- 1 oz. lime juice
- .75 oz. agave syrup
- 4 oz. Sprite
- Jalapeño and half a strawberry for garnish
Directions:
- Muddle jalapeño, strawberry and simple syrup
- Add ice then top with Sprite
- Garnish with a slice of jalapeño and half a strawberry on the rim
Zero Mojito (non-alcoholic)
Ingredients:
- 7 Fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 4 oz. Sprite
- Mint leaves for garnish
Directions:
- Muddle mint leaves, lime and simple syrup
- Add ice then top with Sprite
- Garnish with mint leaves
